The Manoir des Erables was built in 1814 and converted into a hotel-restaurant in 1975 at which time it became renowned for its gastronomic cuisine.

An easy 35 minute drive from the bridges that link Quebec City to the South Shore, a stay at the Manoir des Erables will give you the well-deserved opportunity to escape from today's hectic pace.

Along with time honored hospitality, the Manoir’s 23 comfortable rooms and luxurious suites will impress you with their refinement and unique Quebec character.

Acknowledged numerous times for its delicious regional cuisine, the Manoir des Erables was one of the first establishments in Quebec to use and feature regional products with the express interest of developing authentic Quebecois cuisine. Each year, the menus are created in harmony with the seasons, local products and wine selection. As well, from 1995 to 1998 and from 2000 to 2002, the Manoir des Erables has been honored with the Gastronomy Award at the Quebec Tourism Grand Prix. Furthermore, the Manoir was named Gold Laureate at the national level in 2002.

In 2005, as part of its 30th anniversary celebrations, the Manoir des Erables decided to offer itself and its clients a present. Recently completed, the new "Parfum d'Aromes" Health Centre offers a wide array of health and beauty services to their valued customers. "Parfum d'Aromes" was conceived and designed in the spirit of culinary pleasure and, as such, is the perfect complement to the culinary delights already enjoyed at the Manoir des Erables. As a result, "Parfum d'Aromes" offers a variety of treatments including vinotherapy, chocotherapy and, of course, maple facial treatments!

For all these reasons and more, a stay at the Manoir des Erables is always fondly remembered as a true delight.
