The Pavilion was built with the trees recuperated from the l998 ice storm and is a dream come true for the Gallant family.
The Pavilion is the ideal place for skiers and strollers to relax and enjoy our delicious maple products, as it is for banquets, weddings, parties and business meetings.
Due to a favorable microclimate, you can be assured of high quality maple products. Each year production starts at the end of February and ends at the end of April.
With 10,000 maple taps, the Gallant Maple Pavilion is proud to offer its delicious maple syrup.
