Auberge du Lac Taureau renovates its 100 rooms!
To celebrate in style its 10th anniversary, Auberge du Lac Taureau as announced a major investment in order to renovate its 100 rooms. The newly decorated rooms are to be ready in mid december 2009. The auberge's owner, Mr. Mario Gouin, is convinced that the rooms upgrade will add value to the customers' experience, and enhance their overall satisfaction.
To answer to the rigourous criterions of Hôtellerie Champêtre, its establishments must receive the visit of a professional anonymous inspector every two years. Still, in order to provide the finest stay possible to its customers, Mr. Gouin a demanded an evaluation every 6 months. « These evaluations have become precious tools for us in order to stay on target with excellence throughout our staff teams. » says Mr. Gouin. «Also, , our customers' comments are taken with great importance as it serves to measure the quality of our products and services».
