• Residences and condos are available starting at 4 pm on check-in day and must be vacated by 11 am the day of departure
• A 30% deposit is required when making the reservation and is non-refundable if there is a cancellation within 30 days before arrival date
• Our deluxe condos and residences are fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, satellite TV, DVD player and sound system
• Our deluxe residences have 2 or 3 bedrooms. One deluxe residence has 5 rooms (see rates above)
