The Mission Of The Museum

The Musée des religions du monde is an exhibit and research institution dedicated to the preservation, study and transmission of the Québec, Canadian heritage encompassing several religions while including its Inuit and Amerindian dimensionality.

Our mission is also to make the Museum`s collections on the major world traditions accessible to both specialized researchers and the general public.
