Spring time at the Gallant Maple Pavilion, from Auberge des Gallant, is that time of the year when tradition rules. During March and April of each year, our beautiful log Pavilion is open to those with a sweet tooth.

The Pavilion was built with the trees recuperated from the l998 ice storm and is a dream come true for the Gallant family.

Due to a favorable microclimate, you can be assured of high quality maple products. Each year production starts at the end of February and ends at the end of April.
