The evening table d’hôte meal, exquisitely prepared and served, ensure a truly memorable dining experience. Special menus are also provided to complement the theme of your stay. The Wine Menu offers an impressive selection to accompany your meals.The dining area is divided into three separate rooms:

* L’Épinette Noire the largest (100 seats), with cathedral roof and fireplace
* Le Pin Gris central room (70 seats), with cathedral roof
* Les Bouleaux (60 seats)

The cocktail lounge, "L’Érable", adjacent to the dining room, offers a fireplace and space for the clients. The terrace (50 seats) is open during the warmer months of the year.

An American buffet breakfast, with a wide variety of dishes, is served every morning. Lunches can be served in various styles: buffet, "table d’hôte", barbecue, méchoui, or at the Bistro-bar "Le Boréal". The choice depends on the season and the clientele.
